What You Should Know Before Booking an Appointment

1. This service can only be performed on cars, SUVs and up to 1/2-ton trucks.
2. Appointments can be booked as early as 24 hours in advance.
3. This service is only available in Airdrie, Calgary, Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park & St. Albert.
4. Your vehicle must be parked on a level service on either your own property or a space you have permission to use.
5. Make sure your tires are mounted on rims and that you provide your lug nut key(if you have one).
6. Make sure your tires are easily accessible and near the vehicle. Our service operators cannot retrieve tires from storage.
7. Ensure there will be adequate space around the vehicle for the work to be completed.
8. Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Our service operators accept debit & major credit cards. Cash is not currently accepted.
9. We make every effort to be on time for your appointment, but if for some reason the service operator is late, they will call you to keep you informed.
10. Make sure to have your lug nuts re-tightened within 100 km of driving after your appointment. This can be done at any Lube City location.
11. We are unable to reset Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) for your tires, this can also be done at Lube City.
